tests/acpi: update expected data files edk2 firmware update caused a address layout change. DefinitionBlock ("", "SSDT", 1, "BOCHS ", "NVDIMM", 0x00000001) { [ ... ] - Name (MEMA, 0x43C90000) + Name (MEMA, 0x43C80000) } Signed-off-by: Gerd Hoffmann <kraxel@redhat.com> | 2 年前
tests: Move tests/hex-loader-check-data/ to tests/data/hex-loader/ Currently tests/hex-loader-check-data contains data files used by the hexloader-test, and configure individually symlinks those data files into the build directory using a wildcard. Using a wildcard like this is a bad idea, because if a new data file is added, nothing causes configure to be rerun, and so no symlink is added for the new file. This can cause tests to spuriously fail when they can't find their data. Instead, it's better to symlink an entire directory of data files. We already have such a directory: tests/data. Move the data files from tests/hex-loader-check-data/ to tests/data/hex-loader/, and remove the unnecessary symlinking. Signed-off-by: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org> Reviewed-by: Michael S. tests/data/qobject/qdict.txt: Avoid non-inclusive words qdict.txt only consists of more or less random test data. We can simply drop the lines with the problematic words here. Signed-off-by: Thomas Huth <thuth@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Michael Tokarev <mjt@tls.msk.ru> | 2 年前
tests/acpi: drop unnecessary files The last pull added a ton of useless files by mistake. Drop them all. Fixes: 0ed93f4c05896 ("update golden master DSDT binary table blobs for q35") Signed-off-by: Michael S. Tsirkin <mst@redhat.com> | 5 年前
qga: Replace 'blacklist' command line and config file options by 'block-rpcs' Let's use a more appropriate wording for this command line and config file option. The old ones are still accepted for compatibility reasons, but marked as deprecated now so that it could be removed in a future version of QEMU. This change is based on earlier patches from Philippe Mathieu-Daudé, with the idea for the new option name suggested by BALATON Zoltan. And while we're at it, replace the "?" in the help text with "help" since that does not have the problem of conflicting with the wildcard character of the shells. test-qga: add test for guest-get-osinfo Add test for guest-get-osinfo command. Qemu-ga was modified to accept QGA_OS_RELEASE environment variable. If the variable is defined it is interpreted as path to the os-release file and it is parsed instead of the default paths.
