PR功能描述 / 为什么需要这个合入**:
libubsm_sdk设置VERSION 1.0.0和SOVERSION 1，生成标准的libubsm_sdk.so -> libubsm_sdk.so.1 -> libubsm_sdk.so.1.0.0链。umdk-dlock-lib和libobmm，覆盖代码通过dlopen加载的libdlocks.so.0、libdlockc.so.0和libobmm.so.1。ubse组存在性保护及升级后服务重启。开发者已人工核对 AI 辅助修改并确认符合预期。
