| isp: build rkaiq via GN, fix IQ_PATH, add rkaiq SOVERSION Three changes that all live in the same logical change set: * Add BUILD.gn at the isp root and in rkaiq/ so the rkaiq static lib and the rkaiq_3A_server executable can be wired into the GN graph. rkaiq itself is still built through the helper shell build_rkaiq.sh, which the new GN action drives. * rkaiq_3A_server.cpp: search iq files under /vendor/etc/iqfiles/ instead of /etc/iqfiles/. On this system the SoC-supplied IQ binaries are installed under /vendor/etc, and /etc/iqfiles does not exist, leaving rkaiq unable to load tuning data at runtime. * rkaiq/CMakeLists.txt: set SOVERSION / VERSION on the rkaiq target so dependent binaries link against an explicit soname. * mediactl.c: trivial whitespace cleanup on a tab/space mismatch introduced by the editor.
