Backport the approved rollback of Error/Global paths to OpenHarmony-7.0-Release by cherry-picking the source commit.

Validation

git diff --check: reports the same three CRLF/trailing-whitespace warnings as the approved source commit; line endings were preserved byte-for-byte
No additions referencing std.core.Error/std.core.Global or coreError/coreGlobal
Full build not run: isolated component checkout has no complete OpenHarmony build root
