为 CJ FFI 共享库添加 version_script，仅导出 FFI 边界符号，其余符号本地化，缩小动态符号表、避免符号污染。

为 telephony_cellular_data 的 cj_cellular_data_ffi 共享库添加 version_script，仅导出 FFI 边界符号（Ffi 前缀 C 函数），其余本地化。
验证结果（新增、改动、可能影响的功能）
本地完成符号审计与文本核对；构建目标后确认 .so 仅导出预期符号、历史符号无遗漏。
