评论 /sync <branch1> <branch2> ... 可将当前 PR 修改同步到其它分支（创建同步 PR）：
a) 如果当前 PR 是 Open 状态，同步操作将延迟到 PR 被合并时执行

ros-humble-fastcdr从 1.0.24 升级至 1.0.29。fastcdr-1.0.29.tar.gz。ros-humble-fastcdr_1.0.24.orig.tar.gz。验证
ros-humble-fastcdr已在openEuler-Embedded-ROS2-humble-2609-release-1完成构建并发布（EulerMaker job success，版本 1.0.29-3.oe2403）。备注
二进制源码包 diff 说明
GitCode 对二进制文件使用内容相似度匹配，因此页面可能把旧版本源码包显示为重命名到新版本源码包（或把分块文件显示为重命名）。这只是 diff 展示方式，不代表提交中存在错误的文件重命名关系。实际变更是删除旧版本源码包、独立新增新版本源码包；spec 通过 Source 字段读取对应的新版本文件，不存在二进制内容错置。

BuildRequires: cmake（与 openEuler 原版位置一致）。
