升级内核至 v6.18.48
本次升级同步 Linux 6.18.41~6.18.48 的 stable 修复，共 1638 个补丁，涉及以下方面：
- GPU/DRM：修复 amdgpu/xe/i915 等驱动的显存与资源泄漏、use-after-free 及边界检查缺失问题，改善 DP MST 等热插拔路径的稳定性。
- 网络：修复 IPv4/IPv6 路由与分片路径的 use-after-free、TCP TIME_WAIT 引用泄漏及部分隧道协议回归；netfilter 修复 ipset 引用计数竞态；修复蓝牙、无线（mt76/iwlwifi/brcmfmac）与主流网卡驱动（mlx5/bnxt_en/stmmac 等）的多处稳定性问题。
- 文件系统与存储：xfs online repair 修复多处越界与死锁；btrfs 修复内存泄漏与事务提交死锁；SMB 客户端修复连接释放与缓冲泄漏；NVMe-oF 修复 use-after-free 与越界访问。
- 架构与核心：x86/arm64 修复 MCE、页表处理等若干问题；mm 修复 huge_zero_pfn 竞态及部分统计计数错误。
- 其他：声卡、媒体、USB 等驱动均有稳定性与兼容性修复。
Update upstream_sublevel to 48 and bump release to 6.18.48-0.0.0.15.
No config changes needed: 6.18.40 -> 6.18.48 adds no new Kconfig
options (listnewconfig is empty for both aarch64 and x86_64).
