| docs: fix minor errors in user manual - ALARM_RECOVER_COMMAND default value in the process monitor config table was mistakenly written as '否' (a yes/no value), change it to '无', consistent with other rows in the same column - fix word order 'df 执行命令超时' -> 'df 命令执行超时' in the disk inode monitor section, aligned with the disk partition monitor section - fix a half-width comma mixed in Chinese text in the config overview section Also bump Release and add changelog entry to pass check_spec_file.
