feat(mesh): unified device pairing v1.1 with QR pairing and TLS-pinned LAN mesh Implements the Desktop side of docs/protocol/UNIFIED_PAIRING_V1_1.md: QR invitation (rendered by the egui shell from a JS-generated matrix), per-install self-signed pairing TLS with a sha256(DER) pin embedded in the invitation, one-time invitation tokens whose fingerprint is persisted before any response, expiry and replay denial, signed v1/v1.1 transcripts, and a pinned outbound client that refuses to write a single request byte when the peer certificate fingerprint differs. Adds the post-pairing mesh channel (presence/manifest/capability.request) over the same TLS endpoint with Trusted != Authorized defaults (grants only mesh.presence + mesh.manifest), Desktop identity schema v2 on P-256 with a controlled migration (backups + legacyNodeId; legacy Ed25519 peers still verify), requestPeerManifest/requestPeerCapability product paths, and the shell pairing UI (connect phone, copy invitation, cancel, status polling).
