【合入来源】
【修改方案】
当前aclnnCdist在入参p=2.0时仅支持compute_mode=2(donot_use_mm_for_euclid_dist)，传入默认值use_mm_for_euclid_dist_if_necessary会报错，PTA层临时增加参数映射将其改为aclnn支持的compute_mode值，因此添加相应约束说明，待算子支持完备再恢复。
