test/distributed/test_fault_mode.py：Ascend950日志字符串改变，为test_hccl_timeout用例添加@SupportedDevices(['Ascend910A', 'Ascend910B', 'Ascend910_93'])装饰器，并新增test_hccl_timeout_950，将断言修改为task timeout
