1、从fallback_list中移除这两个算子
aten._local_scalar_dense,
aten._local_scalar_dense.default,
2、config.fallback_random = True删除
3、aten.randint算子从TORCH_NATIVE_FALLBACK_LIST移除
4、从NPU_EXTRA_FALLBACK_LIST移除
prims.inductor_lookup_seed.default,
prims.inductor_randint.default,
prims.inductor_random.default,
prims.inductor_seed.default,
5、修复pattern重复注册问题
