Softsign、ApplyCenteredRMSProp、BNInferGrad 三个算子的 README.md「产品支持情况」表中，将「Atlas 200I/500 A2 推理产品」错误标记为不支持（×）。
经核对 canndev 仓 ops/built-in/tbe/op_info_cfg/ai_core/ascend310b/aic-ascend310b-ops-info.ini，上述三算子在 Ascend310B 系列（对应 Atlas 200I/500 A2 推理产品）均已注册，实际可用，README 标记错误。

Environment / 环境信息

• 昇腾硬件型号：Ascend310B1/B2/B3/B4（Atlas 200I/500 A2 推理产品）
• canndev ini：ops/built-in/tbe/op_info_cfg/ai_core/ascend310b/aic-ascend310b-ops-info.ini
• 仓库：cann/ops-nn（fix_doc 分支）

Steps to reproduce the issue / 重现步骤

1. 打开 activation/softsign/README.md、optim/apply_centered_rms_prop/README.md、norm/bn_infer_grad/README.md
2. 查看「产品支持情况」表「Atlas 200I/500 A2 推理产品」行，显示为 ×
3. 在 canndev ascend310b/aic-ascend310b-ops-info.ini 中检索 [Softsign]/[ApplyCenteredRMSProp]/[BNInferGrad]，均存在注册项

Describe the expected behavior / 预期结果

三算子 README「Atlas 200I/500 A2 推理产品」应标记为 √（支持）。

ascend310b ini 注册证据：

• [Softsign] input0.dtype=float16,float
• [ApplyCenteredRMSProp] dynamicShapeSupport.flag=true
• [BNInferGrad] compute.cost=10

（SeluGrad 在 ascend310b ini 中未注册，其 × 标记正确，不在本次修改范围）
