ForeachAbs内部计算tensorlist时在kernel侧计算，导致性能差
ForeachPowList，ForeachTan未开启高精度计算，在subnormal场景有精度问题

执行ForeachAbs，ForeachAddcdivScalarList，ForeachPowList，ForeachTan的算子用例，发现前两个有性能问题，后两个有精度问题
