问题现象

测试报错：The op do not support thr dtype: DT_BFLOAT16
表明该算子当前无法处理 BF16（bfloat16）数据类型输入。

根因定位

Kernel 层面：该算子的 kernel 实现中已包含对 BF16 类型的支持。
Proto/注册层面：算子的 Proto 定义（或 REG_OP 参数类型声明）中并未包含 BF16 类型，导致类型检查失败。
对齐要求：该 Proto 定义必须与上游 canndev 仓库保持一致。而 canndev 中该算子不支持 BF16，因此不能独立添加 BF16 支持。

修改方案

fused_mul_apply_momentum_extern 算子删除所有 BF16 相关代码
