aclnnPreluBackward 的 CheckShape 校验与接口文档（docs/aclnnPreluBackward.md）不符，存在两类问题：

1. gradWeight 校验错误：weight 元素个数非 1 时，强制要求 gradWeight 为一维 [channelSize]，
   导致 gradWeight 与 weight 同 shape 的合法场景（文档明确要求"gradWeight的shape与weight的
   shape保持一致"）被误判为 ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID。
2. weight 自身形态未校验：仅校验 weight 元素个数等于 self 通道数，未校验形态，导致
   weight={2,2} + self={2,4,3,2} 这类文档不允许的输入被静默接受，且后续被 flatten 成
   一维送入 kernel 按通道权重计算，产生语义错误的结果。
