Describe the current behavior / 问题描述

AddRmsNormCast 输入 x1=(4,0)、x2=(4,0)、gamma=(0) 时，InferShape 正确推导 rstdOut=(4,1)。

该输入对应非 Norm 维度元素总数大于 0、Norm 维度元素总数为 0。DAV_3510 当前尚未支持该执行场景，但公共 tiling 校验将其误判为 x1 为空而 rstdOut 非空的非法输入 shape，错误原因与实际能力限制不一致。

• 验证类型：AddRmsNormCast host UT

Steps to reproduce the issue / 重现步骤

1. 构造 x1 shape 为 (4,0)。
2. 构造 x2 shape 为 (4,0)。
3. 构造 gamma shape 为 (0)。
4. InferShape 得到 rstdOut=(4,1)。
5. 在 DAV_3510 上进入 AddRmsNormCast tiling 校验。

Describe the expected behavior / 预期结果

• 保留正确的 InferShape 结果 rstdOut=(4,1)。
• DAV_3510 专属 tiling 使用 x1 shape size == 0 && rstdOut shape size > 0 识别该场景，报告“非 Norm 维度元素总数大于 0、Norm 维度元素总数为 0”的场景当前不支持，而不是报告输入 shape 非法。
• 当 rstdOut 为空时仍沿用原公共校验，因此合法推导下 numM == 0 的原有行为不变。
• A2/A3 的原有校验行为不受影响。

Special notes for this issue / 备注

本问题仅修正 DAV_3510 tiling 校验语义，不实现空归约 kernel，不改变 numM == 0 场景及 A2/A3 行为。
