通过aclnn接口调用matmul_emu_split_weight算子出现Cannot find binary for op MatmulEmuSplitWeight

Steps to reproduce the issue / 重现步骤 (Mandatory / 必填)
1、先拉aclnn仓:https://codehub-y.huawei.com/w00800330/TuringAclnn/files?ref=master
2、编译：cd TuringAclnn/op/aclnn_fuzz/Aclnn bash build_david.sh
cd TuringAclnn/op/aclnn_fuzz/geir bash build.sh david
3、刷环境变量 source /usr/local/Ascend/cann/bin/setenv.bash
4、执行目录 cd TuringAclnn/op/aclnn_fuzz
python3 aclnn_create_json_new.py --op_name=aclnnMatmulEmuSplitWeight --case_file=excel/aclnn/aclnnMatmulEmuSplitWeight.xlsx --sheet_name=david_daily/david_api_daily
python3 xrunfk.py bm aclnnMatmulEmuSplitWeight aclnnMatmulEmuSplitWeight_用例名.cs

A5编译选项中增加了SIMPLIFIED_KEY None的选项，导致编译时tilingkey和.o的匹配规则改变，使用配置json中默认的transpose：false进行匹配，当输入用例带转置属性时会匹配失败
修复方案：去除编译时的SIMPLIFIED_KEY None，采用输入用例tilingkey的静态匹配方案，不走json中的默认配置
