本次修改完成 NN 相关算子的 Legacy 下线整改： • 为FusedBiasLeakyRelu、BNTrainingReduce、INTrainingReduceGrad、LpNormUpdate、InplaceApplyAdaMax、InplaceApplyFtrl、InplaceApplyFtrlV2、InplaceApplyProximalAdagrad 等算子补充原型去重宏，避免新旧原型重复注册。 • 将 Softshrink 算子名称统一为 SoftShrink，同步调整原型、OpDef、InferShape、InferDataType、Tiling、Kernel、TilingData 及测试中的注册名称。 • 新增 SoftShrink 开源原型，统一输入输出名称为 input_x、output_y。 • 为 SigmoidFocalLoss 新增开源 InferShape 和 InferDataType 实现。 • 将 LpNormUpdate Level0 op_api 从 canndev 迁移至开源仓，保留 AICore/AICPU 分发逻辑。 • 按仓库 clang-format 规范完成相关文件格式整改。
