quantconv2d/quantconv3d/extendconv2d算子算子定义（def）注册与 proto 声明/文档语义不一致，以及融合 pass 中返回值被忽略的问题，共 5 项：

1. quant_conv2d offset 输入 Format 注册不一致：quant_conv2d_def.cpp 中 offset 输入 Format/UnknownShapeFormat 注册为 NCHW，与 proto 声明（ND）及二进制匹配配置（ND）冲突。
2. quant_conv2d pads 属性注册不一致：def 注册 pads 为 OPTIONAL（默认 {0,0,0,0}），proto 却注册为 .REQUIRED_ATTR(pads)，两套校验规则矛盾（。
3. quant_conv3d offset 输入 Format 注册不一致：同问题 1，def 注册 NCDHW 与 proto/json 的 ND 冲突。
4. extend_conv2d y1 输出口径不一致：y1 在 def/proto/binary json 三方均注册为 REQUIRED，但 proto 文档声明 "dual_output=false 时只有 y0"，注册未随属性联动。
5. 融合 pass 忽略 GetType 返回值：conv2d_postcube_to_extendconv2d_fusion_pass.cpp 中 convOutputNodes[0].first->GetType(firstNodeType) 返回值被忽略，若失败将导致 isPostCubeFirst 误判、y0/y1 端口装配对调且静默出错。
