cla_gate_quant 走 torchair（GE 图）通路报错。AttributeError: module 'torchair.ge.attr' has no attribute 'String'

使用torchair的backend进行编图出现AttributeError: module 'torchair.ge.attr' has no attribute 'String'报错。
