Ascend950 上 MaxPoolGradWithArgmaxV3 的 NCHW int64 索引路径 VF stack 超限：默认预算 6144B 下 kernel 编译失败（fp32/int64 6944B、fp16/int64 6176B）。根因是“收编 Ascend950/arch35 Kernel 重复实现”将 VF 函数入口参数推导收编为结构体引用，VEC_SCOPE 内字段访问无法标量提升，VF stack 上涨并伴随 -Wcce-compat 告警。

编译 max_pool_grad_with_argmax_v3 的 ascend950 算子包（含 fp32/fp16/bf16 × int64 索引组合），观察 VF stack 超限报错。

各 dtype/索引组合 kernel 在默认 VF stack 预算（6144B）内编译通过，且无 -Wcce-compat 告警。
