Describe the current behavior / 问题描述 (Mandatory / 必填)

用例规格空Tensor时, UnsortedSegmentProdOutFlTiling::IsCapable直接返回true, 绕过了OutFl模板的dtype支持性检查。当x为uint64/uint32/int64等OutFl不支持的dtype时, KernelOutFlDispatch的if constexpr分支直接return, 连输出初始化(填乘法单位元1)都不执行, 导致空Tensor用例输出全0。

初步分析

感谢反馈，我们已开始核对这个问题。

现象理解：UnsortedSegmentProd 在空 Tensor 且 dtype 不被 OutFl 支持时，可能跳过输出初始化，结果全是 0，而乘法单位元应为 1。
当前判断：初步判断，待复现确认。空 Tensor 绕过 dtype 检查的可能性存在，需按 Ascend 950 上的空 Tensor 用例复核。
涉及范围：UnsortedSegmentProd 的 OutFl tiling 与空 Tensor 输出初始化。
下一步：我们会核对空 Tensor 分支是否仍直接返回，并评估补上初始化或 dtype 检查。
