修改groupSize推导逻辑，当输入的groupSize为0时，会自动进行推导，当量化类型是e8m0时，x1 Scale的shape应该为[m, k/2, 2] 或者[k/2, m, 2]，inputSizeK的值应该再乘以2，否则会推导错误

Steps to reproduce the issue / 重现步骤 (Mandatory / 必填)
当输入的groupSize为0时，进行自动推导时，推导结果为[1,1,64]
Describe the expected behavior / 预期结果 (Mandatory / 必填)
groupSize能够正确推导为[1,1,32]
