在Ascend950环境按照编译与运行样例.md操作，编译aclnnCtcLoss.md文档中现有用例会拦截报错；
该问题的原因是Ascend950上ctcloss算子是对标竞品实现，不进行尾轴向上8对齐，与A2/A3不一致；
解决该问题，需要新增Ascend950的调用示例。
