原代码在调用内部计算函数l0op::AddRmsNorm后，未对返回的主输出张量指针yComputeOut进行空指针校验，若该指针为空，后续的拷贝操作将导致程序崩溃或产生未定义行为。

调用torch_npu.npu_add_rms_norm，传入eps为负数时，只在tiling侧有校验，aclnn接口没有校验拦截，直接core_dump。
