背景
在 9.2.0-beta.2 基础上，以下 4 个合入 master 的 PR 疑似引入 scatter_elements/scatter_reduce 主路径性能回退，需整体回退验证：
修改内容
在 9.2.0-beta.2（c43952d5）基础上依次 revert 上述 4 个合入提交（逆序 8714→7736→6624→6460），共 4 个 revert commit：
净变更：30 个文件，删除约 7700 行（含新增的 scatter_reduce 相关测试/文档/示例），scatter_elements_v2 主路径恢复至 6460 合入前状态。回退过程中对与后续提交叠加的少量冲突（scatter_elements.cpp 常量恢复、格式类差异）按“仅撤销目标 PR 语义、保留 9.2.0-beta.2 其它提交改动”原则处理，经验证核心文件与 6460 合入前逐字一致。
