问题/功能描述
本次PR主要对ReverseSequence算子进行代码清理和优化，旨在提升代码的整洁性与可维护性。核心工作包括移除内核调试代码，以及重构tiling数据结构的注册逻辑，以简化代码结构。
修改方案描述
修改方案包含两部分：一是清理代码，移除了reverse_sequence_bsa_tiling.cpp中用于调试的printf语句；二是重构tiling机制，在头文件中定义了基础的ReverseSequenceTilingData类并调整了相关类的访问权限，随后在reverse_sequence_apt.cpp内核入口函数中，将默认的tiling数据结构注册统一至新定义的基础类，并移除了冗余的条件分支和宏调用，实现了代码逻辑的简化与统一。
