描述
当前 QBMMV4 算子的伪量化+Ascend950部分代码，使用旧版OP_LOGE的写法，无法区分错误的不同类型，报错信息不够规范，需要使用新版ErrMsg接口并调整描述。主要涉及从OP_LOGE整改为OP_LOGE_FOR_*。
