变更摘要
本 PR 对 aclnnAddLayerNormQuantV2.md 文档进行约束修改：取消了关于可选输入 scales1Optional、scales2Optional、zeroPoints1Optional、zeroPoints2Optional 的 shape 校验约束，即不再要求这些可选输入存在时其 shape 必须与 gamma 的 shape 相异。此变更属于 Bug 修复，关联 Issue #3422。
主要改动
- 移除 scales/zeroPoints 输入 shape 约束: 原文档要求当
scales1Optional、scales2Optional、zeroPoints1Optional、zeroPoints2Optional可选输入存在时，它们的 shape 与gamma相异；修改后该约束被取消，仅保留gamma、beta的 shape 不相同的约束。
