变更摘要
该 PR 是对 pooling 系列算子的回退操作，主要将此前引入的独立 kernel 编译模式（通过各算子 op_kernel 目录下的 CMakeLists.txt 单独编译 arch35/*.cpp）回退为 APT（Auto Parallel Tiling）模式。具体改动包括：在各算子的 op_host/*_def.cpp 中为 ascend950 配置添加 .ExtendCfgInfo("opFile.value", "...") 指向对应的 *_apt.cpp 文件；将 kernel 源文件从 op_kernel/arch35/*.cpp 移动到 op_kernel/*_apt.cpp，并相应调整 #include 路径（从直接引用改为 arch35/ 前缀的相对引用）；删除各算子 op_kernel 目录下的 CMakeLists.txt。
主要改动
- 添加 APT 配置文件指向：在 10 个算子的
op_host/*_def.cpp中为ascend950的OpAICoreConfig追加.ExtendCfgInfo("opFile.value", "<算子名>_apt")，使框架在编译时能找到对应的 APT kernel 入口文件。 - Kernel 文件重命名与位置移动：将 10 个
op_kernel/arch35/*.cpp重命名并移动到op_kernel/*_apt.cpp，同时删除各op_kernel/CMakeLists.txt（共 10 个），移除独立的add_kernel_sources编译配置。 - Include 路径适配：在移动后的
*_apt.cpp文件中，将原来不带路径的#include "xxx.h"改为带arch35/前缀的路径（如#include "arch35/avg_pool_struct.h"），或使用../相对路径引用共享 common 头文件。 \fileDoxygen 注释错误：avg_pool_grad_apt.cpp的\file被错误写成avg_pool_v2_grad.cpp；avg_pool_v2_apt.cpp的\file被错误写成avg_pool_apt.cpp；max_pool3_d_apt.cpp的\file被错误写成pool_3d.cpp，均与实际文件名不匹配。- 格式退化：
avg_pool_grad_def.cpp和avg_pool_v2_grad_def.cpp在第 10 行引入了尾随空白字符，且第 12-14 行的/*!Doxygen 注释块丢失了前导空格缩进。
