修复
add_rms_norm_dynamic_quant和add_rms_norm_dynamic_quant_v2算子文档中scale1Out、scale2Out参数"非连续Tensor"列的标记错误。原文档将
scale1Out和scale2Out标记为支持非连续（√），但实际算子实现中这两个输出由 Kernel 直接写入，未经过ViewCopy包装，不支持非连续 Tensor。本次修改将标记从√修正为×。修改文件：
