变更摘要

此 PR 将 13 个 ONNX 算子插件文件迁移到按算子类别分层的目录结构中（如 activation/、index/、matmul/、norm/、pooling/、quant/ 等），使每个插件文件归入其对应算子的子目录下。除行尾换行符从 CRLF 统一为 LF 外，所有文件内容无任何功能性变更，属于纯粹的目录重组操作。

主要改动

• 算子插件按类别归入分层目录：将 celu_onnx_plugin.cpp、logsoftmax_onnx_plugin.cpp、unique_onnx_plugin.cpp、batch_matmul_onnx_plugin.cpp、matmul_onnx_plugin.cpp、batch_normalization_onnx_plugin.cpp、instancenormalization_onnx_plugin.cpp、adaptive_average_pool2d_onnx_plugin.cpp、adaptive_max_pool2d_onnx_plugin.cpp、ascend_anti_quant_onnx_plugin.cpp、ascend_dequant_onnx_plugin.cpp、ascend_quant_onnx_plugin.cpp、int8_quantize_onnx_plugin.cpp 共 13 个文件分别迁移至 activation/、index/、matmul/、norm/、pooling/、quant/ 等类别目录下对应的算子子目录中。

• 行尾换行符统一规范化：所有迁移文件的换行符从 CRLF（\r\n）统一转换为 LF（\n），代码逻辑、注册的算子类型（REGISTER_CUSTOM_OP）、参数解析函数（如 ParseParamsCelu、ParseParamsLogSoftmax 等）及框架类型（ONNX）均保持不变。
