本 PR 为文档更新，精简 docs/zh/install/quick_install.md 中 master 版本的快速安装步骤：删除原先冗长的驱动安装步骤以及 toolkit 包/ops 包下载与安装命令等细节（共删除 33 行），统一改为引导用户参考《CANN快速安装》官方页面选择 Weekly 版本完成安装；同时将"场景2"中的版本选择措辞由"选择版本"明确为"选择稳定版本"，消除歧义。整体改动为删减为主（新增 2 行、删除 33 行），不涉及功能代码变更。

- 精简场景1安装步骤：删除驱动安装三步骤及 toolkit 包/ops 包的下载、安装命令与变量说明，替换为一句指向《CANN快速安装》官方页面的指引，降低文档维护成本并避免命令细节过时。
- 明确版本选择措辞：将"场景2"中的"选择版本"措辞调整为"选择稳定版本"，明确指引用户按稳定版本进行安装，避免版本选择歧义。
- 文档结构调整：
docs/zh/install/quick_install.md整体净删除 31 行，使快速安装文档内容更精简，引导用户直接参考官方安装页面获取最新安装方式。
🤖 本次改动均为数据 / 生成 / 二进制文件（如测试用例、锁文件、媒体资源），没有可审查的代码逻辑，已跳过 AI 代码审查。
