【P2 注释低估 dtype】头注释称 self/valuesOut 仅支持 INT32、FLOAT16、FLOAT32（本行与第38行），但 def（kth_value_def.cpp）与 L0/L2 实际支持 11 种 dtype（含 UINT16/UINT32/UINT64 等整型）。请更新 @param 注释列出完整 dtype 列表，避免误导调用方。
